Silent Disco!

So, I understand that I got a little carried away with my first post about Portland... but let's just say that was the grand introduction to all things pretty and young. It's perfectly acceptable.

So yeah, SILENT DISCO. Perhaps the very definition of 'PYT' itself. I learned about this while I was staying in Vancouver, B.C. for the weekend.

Here's the gist of it.

Basically, instead of having a dance party with uber loud music, all of the dancers wear headphones and listen to the same song, thereby making it less likely for neighbors to get pissed. What a brilliant idea! Why didn't I think of this?

Now if I just had oodles of wireless headphones and an FM transmitter...
